Delivery Information  We deliver to all standard UK mainland addresses and also to Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland (delivery surcharges on some products may apply). Our delivery services are fast, safe and secure. See below for more information on delivery to your address.

We only charge one P&P rate per order, regardless of how many items you buy. This rate is based on the highest delivery cost item in your basket. How this works... 

Example One: order 3 x free delivery items and pay nothing for delivery! 

Example Two: order 1 x free delivery item, 1 x £4.45 delivery item and 1 x £6.45 delivery item and you pay £6.45 for delivery 

 

Orders are normally delivered within 3-5 working days. Orders placed on a weekend or during a public holiday will be processed on the next working day. 

Items delivered by courier usually require a valid signature. Please check packaging and contents on delivery and notify us of any problems within 24hrs.

Most of these can be delivered to your address free of charge. Our 'free delivery' items are mostly below 600mm length/width and 2kg in weight when packed - this means they can be sent by Royal Mail, who charge a single rate to deliver anywhere in the UK within their size/weight guidelines. Exemptions to free delivery to your address might include (but are not limited to): plant stakes (over 0.6m long), extension kits for fruit cages and raised beds and our giant pop up fruit cages.

Items with delivery charges tend to be physically larger when packed and are always above 600mm in length/width and 2kg in weight. Since Royal Mail is uncompetitive for delivering heavy/bulky items, we are forced to use courier companies, who unfortunately always charge more for delivering to certain postcodes.
